Reblogging a New York Times Article: Reply All
I don’t often reblog other people’s stories. But, today I’m making an exception. The New York Times wrote a very important article on the “Reply All” feature in email. As many of you know, I started my career supporting email products. The Replay All feature is both a blessing and definitely a curse. The Times article, gives an excellent explanation of how not to use it. The article is called “When I’m Mistakenly Put on an Email Chain, Should I Hit ‘Reply All’ Asking to Be Removed?” You can see the entire article here.
I’ve presented it here as well.
